Anne Staines formed ProProse in 2004 to create an outlet for her passion to use strategic marketing skills and public-private partnerships to change social behavior and improve the health, safety and quality of life for Californians.

ProProse is built on the foundation of Anne’s 25 years of experience developing local, statewide and national marketing and advertising campaigns, including 10 years specializing in social marketing campaigns. Her experience spans working with world-wide clients and advertising agencies and providing independent marketing consultant services.
