Caltrans IT Communication and Marketing Project

We are currently working with Caltrans on their goal of improving communications between IT services and IT customers. This project includes developing a complete Communications Plan to improve communication with internal customers for the IT Division, developing and conducting two web-based customer satisfaction surveys, and assistance with communication pieces such as the newsletter, posters and other materials.
