Katie Mothersell

Katie Mothersell is a go-getter. She manages key campaigns and leads public relations and outreach activities for ProProse. Her campaign leadership and resourcefulness have been instrumental in the success of the First 5 Placer campaign to empower parents and caregivers with the information and resources they need to help their children ages prenatal through age 5 become healthy, happy, well-adjusted and ready for school. She has also been a leader in numerous traffic safety campaigns, including Caltrans’ teen driver safety outreach campaigns, Fix I-5 community outreach and PR, the statewide Strategic Highway Safety Plan, and others.

Katie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in humanities from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She has served on the board of the International Association of Business Communicators Sacramento Chapter as vice president of special events. She also shared in receiving numerous Addy, Cappie and Crystal awards and other industry recognition for advertising and public relations campaigns she helped create.
